I created Roxytee 6 years ago as a retirement project after a career as an engineer.

There is no such thing as retirement these days...is there?

I had always been fascinated by and attracted to the screen printing process so decided to give it a go.

I think that we are good at it now.

We screen print T shirts. We do not use sublimation printing, direct to garment printing or vinyl printing.

We make the designs and the screens ourselves. We print every shirt by hand in our workshop.

Our shirts are unique.

We specialise in very detailed designs on dark shirts.

I have always preferred low key T shirts and for that reason we print mainly on graphite/charcoal shirts.

This gives a more aged effect. We do not print on black shirts but we evolve.

We print on Fruit of the Loom Valueweight shirts. We tested all T shirt brands before we made that decision.

An unfortunate name Valueweight which does not reflect the quality of the shirts.

The very fine weave and fine thread support our intricate designs.

We print on 5 sizes, Small, Medium, Large, X Large, XX Large.

We traded on Old Spitalfields Market for several years before moving to Greenwich Market.
